The United States annually celebrates National Drink Wine Day on 18th February.<\/p>\n<p>Research by\u00a0the <a href=\"http:\/\/truththeory.com\/2016\/01\/14\/a-glass-of-red-wine-can-replace-an-hour-of-exercising-according-to-new-study\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">University of Alberta in Canada <\/a>proved that resveratrol, a compound found in red wine, offers similar to the benefits of working out. Other studies\u00a0show how a glass of wine per day can help\u00a0avoid developing dementia or cancer and can regulate blood sugar. Resveratrol can also be found in blueberries, peanut butter, red grapes and dark chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>However, too much resveratrol could actually speed up the ageing process rather than slowing it down.
