So it was great to learn about them and the woman who made them when we saw&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thegarricktheatre.co.uk\/tickets\/the-drifters-girl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cTHE DRIFTERS GIRL\u201d.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beverley Knight&nbsp;plays Faye Treadwell, the legendary manager of The Drifters, who, alongside her husband, fought for three decades to turn Atlantic Records\u2019 hottest vocal group into a global phenomenon.
