Billed as \u201cthe South Coast\u2019s BIGGEST and most exciting fireworks display\u201d the City Adventurers were looking forward to seeing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/cityadventurers.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/fireworks-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"fireworks\" class=\"wp-image-14691\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cityadventurers.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/fireworks-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cityadventurers.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/fireworks-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/cityadventurers.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/fireworks-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/cityadventurers.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/fireworks.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">fireworks<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The doors opened to the park from 4pm, with last entry at 7pm. The timing of the fireworks depends on shipping timetables and as we headed towards the park we saw an ocean liner just heading out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The park played host to&nbsp;fairground rides, street food and drinks stalls, against a backdrop of live DJs. The event was well supported by the Southampton community and raised funds for the Southampton Round Table which supports local charities and community projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Funfair at the Firework Display\" width=\"748\" height=\"421\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/A8ubzmgWtY0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>At 7.30pm the fireworks began to a Disney soundtrack.
