By 40, we realize we\u2019re mostly just tired and really stressed about the price of avocados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This creates the famous&nbsp;<strong>U-shape of happiness<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The High:<\/strong>\u00a0Youthful delusion (it\u2019s blissful!).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Dip:<\/strong>\u00a0The midlife \u201ccomparison trap\u201d where we wonder why everyone else looks more successful on Instagram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Rise:<\/strong>\u00a0The glorious late 50s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Late-50s Glow Up<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The best news? By the time you hit your late 50s, you officially \u201cget over yourself.\u201d This is the magical era where you stop caring about keeping up with the Joneses and start caring about what actually makes you smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The secret sauce for a happiness reboot is surprisingly simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Audience Participation:<\/strong>\u00a0Share experiences.
