A\u00a0fascinating moment in pop history saw\u00a0rock icon David Bowie\u00a0join\u00a0crooner Bing Crosby\u00a0for the\u00a0TV special Bing Crosby’s A Merrie Olde Christmas.\u00a0<\/em>The infamous Christmas\u00a0duet between David Bowie and Bing Crosby,\u00a0recorded on September 11, 1977, merged the old and the new in more ways than one.
