Every day, people buy too much stuff, eat too much food, and waste away their hours chasing after happiness\u2026to no avail. They may find excitement or satiation, but TRUE HAPPINESS still eludes them.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, happiness is really inexpensive and pretty simple to find, but that doesn\u2019t mean that it comes easily. However, if you\u2019re bold, and truly willing to commit to a few simple steps, happiness will be yours in just a short while.<\/p>\n

  1. Quit Complaining. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The first step to finding happiness is to stop trying to find what\u2019s wrong with the world around you. There\u2019s plenty to complain about, but if you focus all of your attention there, you\u2019ll never see the good stuff.<\/p>\n

    1. Choose To Live In Love. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Falling in love with the world (and people) around you is a sure step toward happiness\u2026and it\u2019s easy. Simply accept people for who they are, and choose to see the good in them. Don\u2019t expect it\u2026CHOOSE it\u2026then express<\/em> it.<\/p>\n

      1. Appreciate Everything. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Start expressing your gratitude every day. If you\u2019d like, keep a gratitude journal and write down at least 3 things you\u2019re grateful for every morning. Before long, you\u2019ll have more things to appreciate than you can count.<\/p>\n

        1. Share\u00a0Experiences.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Social connections are essential to everyone. By\u00a0 sharing experiences you can\u00a0form closer\u00a0connections and\u00a0bonds and\u00a0deepen\u00a0relationships.<\/p>\n

          Becoming happy may mean \u201clooking like a fool\u201d or changing A LOT of your current habits, but I promise you\u2026it sure beats the alternative.<\/p>\n
