The best time to visit is from mid-November to mid-February, as it&#8217;s hot, but not too hot.<\/p>\n<p>Goa is\u00a0on the western coast of\u00a0India, bounded by\u00a0the\u00a0Arabian Sea\u00a0on its western coast.
