Jubilee Market and Covent Garden Tour

The City Adventurers set off for a tour of Covent Garden, starting at Jubilee Market.

Our guide took us around the side of the market, past the London Transport Museum. We seem to have been there a number of times in recent years and it is always to great museum to visit with lots of interactive exhibits.

this time we headed into the theatre district for a stop at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane and then on to the little ballerina statue near the Covent Garden Opera House.

The guide pointed out places of interest during our walk and told some amazing stories. We briefly stopped by Covent Garden market, before heading into the Actors Church that sits opposite. Then it was back to the Jubilee Market and lunch.

After a quick shopping tip around the stalls we headed on to the theatre. Yes, there is a theatre box office within Jubilee Market, so you can book tickets for shows during your shopping.

A fun day out.
