How to Host a Murder: The Class of ’54

What a kick to try to figure out who did it, only to discover it was YOU!

Looking for a fun evening with friends? Why not invite people over for an evening of murder and mystery?

First of all you will need to invite friends and family that are open-minded and have a good sense of humor. Murder mystery games, while being cheesy, have story-lines that involve sexual themes and clues that are not suitable for children!

It helps if your guests like role-playing and are happy to throw themselves into the character. This brings the game to life, especially if they choose to dress the part.

Any good quality game will have easy to follow instructions. Some have written instructions to download. Some boxed games include a CD, while some older versions include a tape(!). Where it is included a CD can add to the mood of the evening. If there is not one available, plan your background music to match the theme of the game.

Maps can focus attention on where the action takes place, but can give a board game fell to the event.

Plan for a fun filled night of murder and accusations, then watch as the tale unfolds….
