As the City Adventurers are not able to go to the theatre, it’s great that there are online theatre shows coming to them.
National Theatre At Home
Last week we were able to watch “One Man, Two Guvnors” being shown by the National Theatre At Home. Francis Henshall, played by James Corden, becomes minder to Roscoe Crabbe, but Roscoe is really his sister Rachel posing as Roscoe, who’s been killed by her boyfriend Stanley Stubbers. Stanley becomes Francis Henshall second boss while he is hiding from the police.
This week the play is Jane Eyre. This collaboration with Bristol Old Vic will be available until 16 April.
The Shows Must Go On!
Only available for 48 hours, Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber is releasing a full-length, smash-hit musical once a week for you to watch for free. Last weekend it was Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. For Easter Weekend, starting on Good Friday, it will appropriately be Jesus Christ Superstar

We watched The Wind in the Willows the Musical which is now available to rent and watch online.
While over on the Eugenius! Facebook page, you can watch a never-before-seen recording of the show, from its time at London’s The Other Palace theatre in 2017/18.
